Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:

1. Flour = 2 Cups

2. Yeast = 1 tsp

3. Salt = 1/4 tsp

4. Oil = 1 tbsp

5. Lukewarm water = to make dough

Directions For dough:

1. To make it’s dough in a bowl add flour, yeast, salt, oil And lukewarm water to make dough.

2. Let the dough rise for 3-4 hours in a warm place.

Assembling:

1. Place rolled dough on pizza pan.

2. Add and spread pizza sauce, sprinkle red chilli flakes, add mozzarella cheese, spinach leaves and break egg into the center.

3. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees C.
