Churros Recipe

 

Ingredients

1) Water = 1 Cup
2) butter = 100g
3) sugar = 2 tbsp
4) salt = 1/4 tsp
5) Flour = 1 Cup
6) Eggs = 3

For sugar mixture

1) Icing sugar = 1/4 Cup
2) Cinnamon = 1 tsp

Method
1) In a pot add water, butter, sugar, salt.
2) Bring a boil, when boiling reduce the heat to low add all purpose flour .
3) Stir until the dough is formed turn off the flame let it cool.
4) Now add eggs one at a time.
5) Add the mixture to a piping bag, pipe stripes of dough into hot oil and deep fry.
6) In a plate add sugar and cinnamon.
7) Roll churros in sugar mixture.
8)  serve with nutella

 

Chicken Chow Mein

 Ingredients:

Egg noodles/spaghetti Noodles 1 packet

(boiled) Chicken fillet 3 (cut into julienne)

For vegetables

Capsicum 2 large (cut into julienne)

Carrots 2 large (cut into julienne)

Spring onions 5 (cut into julienne)

Green onions 5 (cut into julienne)

For chicken marination

Salt 1/4 tsp

Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Light soya sauce 2 tbsp

Vinegar 1 tbsp

Corn flour 1 tbsp

Oil 1 tbsp

For it’s sauce:

Ginger chopped 1 tsp

Garlic chopped 1 tsp

Dark soya sauce 4 tbsp

Oyster sauce 2 tbsp

Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp

Hot sauce 1 tbsp

Honey or sugar 1 tbsp

Water 2 tbsp

Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Method:

Marinate chicken by adding ingredients mentioned above.

In a bowl prepare it’s sauce by adding ingredients mentioned above.

In a pan add oil , add all the veggies one by one and stir fry them for about 5 minutes and take it out in a plate.

In the same pan add marinated chicken cook till chicken is fully cooked.

Now add vegetables followed by noodles.

Now add in the sauce and toss everything until well combined.

Cook the noodles on high flame for about 5-6 minutes & serve!

KFC Style Crispy Zinger Burger

 

Ingredients:

Chicken breast fillet = 1/2 Kg

For chicken marination:

1. Vinegar = 2 tbsp

2. Mustard paste = 1 tbsp

3. Garlic powder = 1 tsp

4. Red chilli powder = 1/2 tsp

5. White pepper powder = 1/2 tsp

6. Salt = 1/2 tsp

7. Worcestershire sauce = 1 tbsp

For BATTER

1. All-purpose Flour = 1 Cup

2. corn flour = 1/3 Cup

3. Rice flour = 4 tbsp

4. Red chilli powder = 1/2 tsp

5. White pepper powder = 1 tbsp

6. Salt = 1 tsp

7. Baking powder = 1/2 tsp

8. Garlic powder = 1/2 tsp

For EGG MIXTURE

1. Milk = 4 tbsp

2. Egg = 2

For ZINGER BURGER

1. Buns = 4

2. Mayonnaise

3. Chilli garlic sauce

4. Salad leaves

5. Cheese slice

Method

Marinate fillet using ingredients mentioned above In a separate plate mix together all the ingredients of batter In another plate whisk together egg and milk Take each fillet first dip in egg than flour mixture repeat this step thrice than deep fry it.

Mix vegetable

Mix vegetable is made by cooking a mixture of vegetables together in a traditional onion-tomato gravy.

It tastes great with plain rice, hot chapatis or parathas.

1) Olive oil 1/2 Cup
2) Potatoes (cut into cubes) 2 large
3) Carrots (cut into cubes) 1/2 Cup
4) French beans 1-Cup
5) Florets of cauliflower 1/2 Cup
6) Peas 1 Cup
7) Corns 1 Cup

9) Onion Paste 1 Cup
10) Tomato Paste 1 Cup
11) Salt 2 tsp
12) Chilli powder 2 tsp
13) Cumin powder 2 tsp
14) Coriander powder 2 tsp
15) Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
16) Garam masala powder 1 tsp
17) Cooking cream 1/4 Cup
18) Butter softened 2 tbsp
19) Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
20) Coriander few leaves

Method:

In a pot add oil and cook all the veggies one by one, mix well cook
for about 10 min. Once it’s done take out all the veggies in a bowl
& keep aside. In a same pot add oil, onion paste, ginger & garlic paste,
tomato paste, now add spices to it i.e salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder,
chilli powder, cumin powder & coriander powder mix well cook and cover for
2-3 minutes.Now add butter, cream, fenugreek leaves mix well.
Add all the fried veggies & cover & cook until veggies are completely cooked.
Lastly add garam masala powder and coriander leaves & serve!

Chapli Kebab

Ingredients:

1) Beef qeema : 1/2 Kg
2) Ginger paste : 1 tsp
3) Garlic paste : 1 tsp
4) Salt : to taste
5) Red chilli flakes : 2 tsp
6) garam masala powder : 1 tsp
7) coriander seeds : 1 tbsp
😎 onion (chopped) : 1/2 cup
9) Anaar dana : 1 tbsp
10) Hara dhanya : 1/2 Cup
11) Makhan : 2 tbsp
12) Egg : 1
13) Baisan : 2 tbsp
14) Oil : for frying
15) Sliced tomatoes

Method:
In a bowl, add beef mince, anaar dana, ginger garlic paste,
salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander seeds,
onion chopped, hara dhanya, makhan, egg, baisan. Mix well.
Make patty and add tomato slice on top and fry each side for
4-5 min on low flame until its done.

Ingredients :

1) 3 cups all-purpose flour
2) 1 teaspoon baking soda
3) 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
4) 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
5) 1/2 teaspoon salt
6) 1 and 1/4 Cup vegetable oil
7) 1/2 cup plain yogurt
😎 1 and 1/4 cups brown sugar
9) 1/2 cup granulated sugar
10) 3 large eggs
11) 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
12) 3 medium apples, peeled and chopped into small chunks (about 3 cups)
Brown Sugar Glaze

1 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Icing sugar, sifted

In a bowl sieve together all the dry ingredients i.e Flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder.

In another bowl add eggs beat it add granulated sugar, brown sugar, yogurt and vanilla essence.

Combine both dry and wet ingredients together.

Add the batter to the prepared cake pan.Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes.
For glaze in a pan add butter, cream brown sugar and icing sugar cook till it becomes thick.

 

Chicken Tikka Wrap

 

Ingredients:
1) Boneless chicken = 1/2 kg
2) Yogurt = 1/4 Cup
3) Ginger / garlic paste = 1 tsp
4) Salt = 1 tsp
5) Red chilli powder = 1/2 tsp
6) Cumin powder = 1 tsp
7) Black pepper powder = 1/4 tsp
?? Lemon juice = 4 tbsp
9) wraps = as required
10) Mayonnaise
11) Chilli garlic sauce
12) Green chutney

Method
1) Marinate boneless chicken by adding yogurt,ginger
garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, cumin, black pepper powder,
lemon juice. Mix well, cook until chicken is completely dried.
2) Take each wrap spread mayonnaise, chilli garlic sauce, put chicken pieces and roll.
3. Take another wrap spread evenly green chutney put chicken pieces and roll.

 

Strawberry oat bake

 

 

Ingredients:

1. Oats = 1 Cup
2. Baking powder = 1 tsp
3. Brown Sugar = 1/3 Cup
4. Strawberries = few
5. Raspberries = few
6. Blueberries = few
7. Egg = 1
8. Butter = 3 tbsp
9. Milk = 1 Cup

Method:
1. In a bowl add oats, baking powder, brown sugar,
strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
2. In another bowl beat egg add butter & milk.
3. Pour this egg mixture over it and bake for 10-15
min at 180C and serve!

 

Plum jam

 

Ingredients:

1) Plums (chopped) = 1-Cup
2) Sugar (granulated) = 3/4 Cup

Method:

1) In a pan add chopped plums and sugar together
2) Close it’s lid and cook for 10 minutes
3)Stir well cook till the water is completely dissolved &
sauce start’s to thick.

Chicken shawarma

The flavor of this chicken shawarma is incredible with some common spices which can be made in the oven. Serve it with flatbread or naan.

Ingredients:

1) Chicken Fillet = 2 kg
2) Salt = 1 tsp
3) Turmeric / haldi powder = 1/4 tsp
4) Red chilli powder = 1 tsp
5) cumin powder = 1 tsp
6) Paprika powder = 1 tsp
7) Dried Coriander leaves = 1 tsp
8) oil =2 tbsp
9) Cornflour = 2 tbsp
10) Shawarma Wraps = as required

Method:

1) Marinate chicken fillet by adding salt, Turmeric , red chilli powder,
cumin powder, paprika powder, dried coriander powder, oil & cornflour.
2) mix well layer the pieces of chicken in the load tin and press down.
3) Bake in oven for 40 minutes.
4) Chicken is served with shawarma wraps.

 

Peri peri grilled chicken

 

Chicken recipes are always a crowd-pleaser. This BBQ chicken is my go-to-grill recipe with the most amazing flavor. This recipe includes a tasty marinade.

Ingredients:
1) Lemon juice 1 tbs
2) Olive oil 1-2 tbs
3) Red chilli powder/ Lal mirch powder 2 tsp
4) Dried oregano 1tsp

5) Ginger garlic paste / Adrak lehsan paste 1 tsp

6) Cardamum powder/ Elaichi powder ¼ tsp

7) Paprika powder 1 tsp

8) Salt/ Namak ½ tsp
9) Black pepper powder / Kali mirch powder ½ tsp

10) Chicken boneless 1/2kg

 

Directions:
1.In bowl,add vinegar,lemon juice,olive oil,red chili powder,dried oregano,ginger garlic paste,cardamom powder,

2. paprika powder,salt,black pepper powder & mix well.

3.Add chicken boneless cubes and marinade,mix well and marinate for 2 hours.

4.Thread chicken boneless cubes into bbq sticks and grease with oil,grill from all sides until done.

 

 

Oat Raisin cookies

Oat Raisin cookies

Ingredients:
1. Unsalted butter =Cup
2. Brown Sugar = 1 Cup
3. White sugar = 1/3 Cup
4. Eggs = 2
5. Vanilla essence = 1 tsp
6. Flour= 1-1/2 Cup
7. Baking soda = 1 tsp
8. Salt = 1 tsp
9.Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
10. Dark raisins= 1 Cup

Method:
1.Preheat your oven to (180 degrees C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Or you can simply butter your baking
sheets or spray them with a non stick cooking spray.

2.In the bowl of your electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), beat
the butter until smooth. Then add the brown and white sugars and beat until creamy and smooth (about 2 – 3 minutes). Scrape down the sides of your bowl as needed.
3.Then add one egg and beat until it’s mixed into the batter and then beat in the second egg, along with the vanilla extract.
4.In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt,
and ground cinnamon. Add this mixture to the batter and beat until incorporated. Stir in the rolled oats and raisins.
5. Use an ice cream scoop and place six cookies on each baking
sheet.
6. Flatten the cookies slightly. Bake for about 15 min and serve!
