Moong daal makhni

Ingredients:

  1. Moong daal = 1 Cup
  2. Butter = 4 tbsp
  3. Oil = 2 tbsp
  4. Garlic paste = 1 tbsp
  5. Salt = 1/2 tsp
  6. Red chilli flakes = 1/2 tsp
  7. Cumin powder = 1 tsp
  8. Coriander powder = 1tsp
  9. Turmeric powder/ haldi = 1 tsp
  10. Water (for boiling)

Method:

  1. Soak daal in water for 10 minutes.
  2. In a pot and water for boiling add turmeric powder and moong daal , let it boil.
  3. In another pan add butter and oil together.
  4. Than add garlic paste, mix well and tomato paste.
    mix and salt, red chilli flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder.
  5. Add boiled daal, mix together and close it’s lid.
  6. Cook till water is completely dried & serve!

Pizza Bread

Ingredients:

1. Bread slices = 3

2. Pizza sauce = 3 tbsp

3. Red chilli flakes = to sprinkle

4. Mozeralla cheese grated = 1/4 Cup

5. Chicken cooked = 1/4 Cup

6. Onion (cut into cubes) = 1

7. Tomato (cut into cubes) = 1

8. Cheddar cheese = 1/4 Cup

9. Oregano leaves = to sprinkle

Method:

1. Take bread slices, cut it’s edges.

2. Apply pizza sauce, sprinke red chilli flakes.

3. Put mozeralla cheese, chicken, onion, tomatoes & cheddar cheese.

4. At the end sprinkle oregano leaves and bake for 10 minutes and serve!

Eggless Pancake

Ingredients:

1. Flour = 2 Cup

2. Milk = 1 Cup

3. Oil = 2 tsp

4. Salt = 1/4 tsp

5. Baking powder = 2 tsp

Method:

1. In a bowl add flour, baking powder, salt, milk add some more milk to get perfect consistently.

2. Heat pan grease it with oil add batter.

3. Flip when bubbles rises.

4. Serve pancakes with sliced bananas and nutella.

 

 

Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients:

1. Boneless chicken = 1/2kg

2. Ginger / garlic paste = 1tsp

3. Salt = to taste

4. Red chilli powder powder = 1 tsp

5. Black pepper powder = 1/2 tsp

6. Cornflour = 1 tbsp

7. Soya sauce = 1 tbsp

8. Vinegar = 1 tbsp

9. Brown sugar = 1tsp

10. Egg = 1

11.Sesame oil = 4 tbsp

Method:

1. For marination, in boneless chicken add salt, black pepper powder, egg, cornflour 1 tbsp mix well, deep fry each pieces.

2. In a pan cook together add sesame oil, ginger/ garlic paste Red chilli powder, soya sauce, vinegar, salt, add a little water mix well than add brown sugar.

3. Now add those deep fried chicken pieces to the gravy.

4. In 1 Cup water dissolve cornflour to make the gravy thick.

5. Yummy chicken teriyaki is ready serve with egg fried rice.

Nutella twist pull – apart bread

Ingredients:

1. Flour = 3-1/4 Cup

2. Salt = 1 tsp

3. Yeast =1 tbsp

4. Sugar = 1 tbsp

5. Lukewarm Milk = 1 Cup

6. Egg = 1

7. Butter = 50gm

8. Nutella = 4 tbsp

Method:

1. For dough: in a bowl add flour & salt.

2. In another bowl add yeast, sugar, lukewarm milk, egg leave for 10-15 minutes for the yeast to activate.

3. Now add flour mixture to it.

4. In the same mixture add butter now make a dough and Put it aside in a warm place and let it rise for 2-3 hours.

5. When dough is ready cut the dough into two parts.

6. Roll one dough than spread Nutella over it than roll another dough and put over it.

7. Take a jar and put it in the center and with a knife cut four Parts, one at 12 O’ clock than 3 O’ clock, 6 O’ clock than 9 O’ clock.

8. Than cut these further into 3 to 4 parts.

9. Than twist each part in opposite direction.

10. At the end brush with melted butter.

11. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes at 180C.

12. Yummy nutella twist bread is ready to serve!

Smoked Chicken Mince

Ingredients:

1. Mince/keema = 1/2 kg

2. Yogurt = 1/2 Cup

3. Ginger/garlic paste = 1 tbsp

4. Tandoori masala = 1 tbsp

5. Lemon juice = 3 tbsp

6. Cumin powder = 1 tsp

7. Garam masala powder = 1 tsp

8. Salt = 1 tsp

9. Crushed black pepper = 1 tsp

10. Red chilli powder = 1 tsp

11. Papaya paste = 1 tbsp

12. Oil = 2 tbsp

Method: 1. In mince,add yogurt, ginger/ garlic paste, cumin powder, salt, tandoori masala, garam masala powder, crushed black pepper, red chilli powder, papaya paste, lemon juice and oil,mix well and marinate.

2. In a pot, add oil and marinated mince, mix well for 5-6 minutes.

3. Cover and cook on high flame until water evaporates and oil Separates.

4. Give a coal smoke for 2 minutes and serve.

Cookie cups

Ingredients:

1. Flour = 2-3/4 Cup

2. Baking soda = 1/2 tsp

3. Baking powder = 1/2 tsp

4. Butter = 1 Cup

5. Granulated Sugar = 1-1/4 Cup

6. Egg = 1

For Apple Caramel Filling:

1. Butter = 4 tbsp

2. Apple = 1 ( cut into cubes)

3. Sugar = 2tbsp

4. Brown sugar = 2 tbsp

5. Cinnamon powder = 1 tbsp

Method For Apple caramel Filling :

1. In a saucepan over medium heat add butter, apples,sugar,brown sugar, cinnamon powder.

2. Mix everything well and it’s done.

For cookie cups:

1. Sift everything together i.e flour, baking soda,baking powder and put it aside.

2. For wet ingredients combine together i.e butter, the granulated sugar,beat well.

3. Add egg while beating.

4. Add the dry ingredients & mix well to form a thick batter.

5. Now divide batter evenly in a greased muffin tray & bake in oven for 15-20 minutes at 180C.

6. After it is baked press it with something from center to form a cup Shape. 7. Now put Apple caramel filling in the center or we can also add Nutella.

8. Cookie cups is ready to serve!

Spice Tea

Ingredients:–

1. Ginger (1 small piece)

2. Cardamons=2

3. Cloves=2

4. Black peppercorns =4

5. Cinnamon stick=1

6. Teabags=2

7. Water=1/2 Cup

8. Milk=2 Cups

9. Sugar=1 tsp

Method

1. In a saucepan add water.

2. Add ginger, cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamons, black peppercorns & teabags.

3. Cook until one boil comes.

4. Then add milk, sugar & wait for another boil.

5. Now spice tea is ready to serve!

Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients:

1. Pineapples (chopped) = 1 Cup

2. Tomatoes (chopped) = 1/2 Cup

3. Onion ( chopped) = 1/2 Cup

4. Coriander = 2 tbsp

5. Green chilli (chopped) = 1

6. Salt = to taste

7. Lemon juice = 2 tbsp

8. Doritos = to serve!

Directions: 1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients mentioned above which includes pineapples, tomatoes, onions, coriander,green chilli, salt, lemon juice and doritos, mix well and serve!

Nutella Cookies

Ingredients:

1. Nutella = 1 Cup

2. Egg = 1

3. Flour = 1/2 cup + 2tbsp

Directions: 1. In a bowl mix all these 3- ingredients together

2. Make small balls on a greased baking tray.

3. Bake in oven for 10 minutes at 180 C

4. After it is baked leave for 5 minutes in a baking tray and let it cool.

5. Serve!

Meethi Keema

Ingredients:

1. Oil = 1/4 Cup

2. Ginger/garlic paste = 1 tbsp

3. Onion and tomato paste = 1 Cup

4. Bay leaves = 2

5. Cloves = 5

6. Salt = 1 tsp

7. Red chilli powder = 1 tsp

8. Coriander powder = 1 tsp

9. Turmeric/haldi= 1/4 tsp

10. Fenugreek leaves = 1 tsp

11. Mutton mince = 1/2 kg

12. Yogurt = 2 tbsp

Directions:

1. In a pot, add oil, ginger/garlic paste.

2. Add onion and tomato paste.

3. Add bay leaves, cloves, salt, red chilli powder, haldi, coriander powder, mix well

4. Add yogurt

5. Add mutton mince.

6. Cook till water completely evaporates.

7. Add fenugreek leaves/ methi leaves at the end.

8. Serve!
