A different treat from traditional bhunna keema. Enjoy it with naan/roti.

Ingredients:

1. Oil = 1/2 Cup
2. Onion sliced = 1 small
3. Ginger paste = 1 tsp
4. Garlic paste = 1 tsp
5. Salt = 1 tsp
6. Red chilli powder = 1 tsp
7. Cumin powder = 1 tsp
8. Cumin seeds = 1-1/2 tsp
9. Garam masala powder = 1 tsp
10. Turmeric powder = 1/4 tsp
11. Bay leaf = 1
12. Beef mince = 1/2 kg
13. Dahi = 3/4 cup
14. Pyaz = sliced = 1
15. Green chillies chopped = 1/2 Cup

Method

1. In a pot add oil add sliced onions, ginger and garlic
paste, salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,
Turmeric powder, bay leaf.
2. Mix well add beef keema let it cook for 15 min on low flame.
3. When keema is completely cooked in the end add dahi,
sliced onions again and chopped green chillies give it a mix.
4. Cook for another 5 min and it’s done.
5. Serve!

Chicken Broast

 

Ingredients:
For Marination
1. Chicken = 1/2 kg
2. Garlic paste = 1 tsp
3. Ginger paste = 1 tsp
4. Salt = 1 tsp
5. Lemon juice = 2 tbsp
6. Baking powder = 1/4 tsp
7. Paprika powder = 1 tsp
8. Cinnamon powder = 1/2 tsp

For dry mixture
1. Flour = 1 Cup
2. Paprika powder = 1/4 tsp
3. Salt = 1/4 tsp

For coating:

1. Flour = 1 Cup
2. Egg = 1
3. Chilled water = as required

Method

1. Marinate chicken by adding garlic powder, ginger paste,
salt, lemon juice, baking powder, paprika powder &
cinnamon powder. Mix well and leave for 1 hour.
2. In another bowl add flour, paprika powder & salt.
Keep it aside.
3. In a third bowl add flour, egg and chilled water to make a
thick batter.
4. Take each piece of chicken coat in dry flour than coat in the
flour batter.
5. Now deep fry each piece and serve!

 

 

Focaccia Bread

 

 

Ingredients:
1. Flour = 2 Cups
2. Salt = 1/2 tsp
3. Yeast = 2 tsp
4. Rosemary = 1/4 tsp
5. Mixed herbs = 1/4 tsp
6. Oil = 2 tbsp
7. Water = to make dough

Method:
1. In a bowl add flour, salt , yeast, rosemary, mixed herbs
oil and add water to make dough.
2. Knead the dough and let it rest for about 2-3 hours.
3. After 2-3 hours put the dough in a rectangular baking pan.
4. Brush the dough with oil & sprinkle some Rosemary.
5. Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes.

 

Banana bread

 

Ingredients:

1. Ripe bananas large = 3

2. Eggs = 2

3. Sugar = 1 Cup

4. Oil = 1/2 Cup

5. Milk = 1/4 Cup

6. Banana essence = 1 tsp

7. Baking powder = 1 tsp

8. Cinnamon powder = 1/4 tsp

9. All purpose Flour = 1-3/4 Cup

Method: 1. In a bowl add eggs, banana essence, oil, milk.

2. Now mash bananas and add to the same mixture.

3. Now add sugar, flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder.

4. Now beat everything together and add the mixture to a prepared Loaf pan.

5. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes at 180C.

 

Homemade Donut

Want to treat someone to an extra special breakfast? These soft homemade donuts are the perfect beginning to any morning.

Ingredients:
For dough:

1) Milk = 1/2 Cup
2) Sugar = 2 tbsp
3) Yeast = 1 tbsp
4) flour = 2 Cups
5) Salt = 1/4 tsp
6) Vegetable oil = 2 tbsp

7) Melted chocolate
😎 Vegetables oil = for deep frying

Method:

1) In a bowl add milk, sugar, yeast.Now cover & rest for
5-10 min.
2) After 5-10 min yeast will be fermented.
3) Now in the same bowl add flour, salt & oil.
4) Make a soft dough out of it , cover & rest for 2 hours.
5) After 2 hours when dough is ready make small round shaped
balls.
6) Now press each ball with a leveler or plate.
7) Make the inner hole with the help of a cookie cutter.
😎 Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry each donut until brown.
9) Use melted chocolate for its topping and serve!

 

Mango lassi

 

Ingredients:

1. Mango Puree = 1/2 Cup

2. Milk = 1/2 Cup

3. Yogurt = 1/2 Cup

4. Sugar = 2 tbsp

Method:

1. In a blender, add mango puree, milk, yogurt, sugar and blend.

2. Yummy mango lassi is ready to serve!

 

Chicken tikka biryani

 

Ingredients:

For Marination:

1. Chicken = 1/2 Kg

2. Yogurt = 1 Cup

3. Ginger and garlic paste = 1-tbsp

4. Lemon juice = 2-tbsp

5. Salt = 1-tsp

6. Red chilli powder = 1-tsp

7. Cumin powder = 1-tsp

8. All spice /garam masala powder = 1-tsp

9. Black pepper powder = 1/2-tsp

10. Red food colour = pinch For it’s Masala:

11. Oil = 1/4 Cup

12. Onion and tomato paste = 1 Cup

13. Ginger and garlic paste = 1-tbsp

14. Yogurt = 1/4 Cup

15. Salt = 1-tsp

16. Red chilli powder = 1 tsp

17. All spice/ garam masala powder = 1 tsp

18. Cumin powder = 1 tsp

19. Turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp

20. Coriander powder = 1 tsp

21. Potatoes = 2 ( cut into cubes)

22. Boiled Rice = 2 Cups

23. Lemon juice = 2 tbsp

24. Orange food colour = few drops

Method:

1. For marination in a bowl add yogurt, ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, red colour, mix well add chicken to it.

2. In a grilling pan add 1/4 cup oil and add chicken cook until water is completely dried.

3. In another pot add oil make it gravy add onion and tomato paste in oil add ginger and garlic paste, yogurt, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, mix well.Add potatoes. 4. Cook until potatoes are fully cooked.

5. Add cooked chicken & boiled rice.

6. Over the rice put lemon juice and few drops of orange food colour.

7. Now close it’s lid and cook on low flame for 15 min and serve!

Watermelon feta salad

Ingredients:

1. Tomatoes = 1/4 Cup (chopped)

2. Onion = 1/4 Cup (chopped)

3. Watermelon = 1 Cup (chopped)

4. Dried coriander leaves = 1/4 tsp

5. Black pepper powder = 1/4 tsp

6. Sumac = 1/4 tsp

7. Salt = pinch

8. Olive oil = 2 tbsp

9. Feta cheese = 1/4 Cup (chopped)

Method: 1. In a bowl add chopped tomatoes,onion,watermelon,feta cheese. 2. Now add dried coriander leaves, salt, black pepper powder, sumac & olive oil.Mix everything well & serve!

 

 

Fish Finger

Have a go at making your own fish fingers.Crispy from the outside and juicy from inside. The result is so yummy and bursting with comforting flavors.

For it’s marination

1. Fish Fillets = 1/2 Kg
2. Lemon juice = 4-5 tbsp
3. Ginger garlic paste = 1 tbsp
4. Salt = 1/2 tsp
5. Red chilli powder = 1 tsp
6. Paprika powder = 1 tsp
7. All spice powder = 1 tsp
8. Eggs = to coat
9. Bread crumbs = for coating

Method

1. In a bowl add lemon juice, ginger garlic paste,
salt, red chilli powder, paprika powder, all spice powder,
2. Mix well add fish fillets and let it marinate.
3. Take out each fillet coat in egg and bread crumbs.
4. Deep fry them.

Shrimp teriyaki

 

Ingredients

1. Shrimps = 1/2 Kg
2. Vinegar = 2 and tbsp
3. Honey = 2 tbsp
4. Soya sauce = 1 tbsp
5. Brown sugar = 1 tsp
6. Ginger and garlic paste = 1 tsp
7. Red chilli flakes = 1/2 tsp
8. Oil = 4 tbsp
9. Red capsicum = 1 (julienne)
10. Corn flour = 2 tbsp
11. Water = 4 tbsp

Method

1. In a bowl add vinegar, honey, soya sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic paste, red chilli flakes.Mix than add shrimps to it.
2. In another pan add oil add red capsicum now take out each shrimp in a pan and let it fry for 2 min.
3. Meanwhile make corn flour mixture i.e flour + water.
4. Now add the prawn marination leftover sauce to the pan.
5. Now add corn flour mixture to make a thick gravy.
6. Serve with boiled noodles or rice.

 

 

 

Chicken spring roll

Ingredients:

For it’s filling:

1.Ginger garlic paste

2. Cabbage = 1/2 Cup

3. Carrots = 1/2 Cup

4.Capsicum=1/2 Cup

5. Boiled chicken=1/2cup

6. Salt = 1 tsp

7. pepper powder=1/2tsp

8. Chicken powder=1 tsp

9. soya sauce =1tbsp

10. noodles = 1/2 cup

11. Roll sheets = 1packet

12. Oil = 4 tbsp

Method

1. In a pan add oil add ginger and garlic paste.

2. Add all chopped vegetables i.e cabbage, carrots, capsicum, boiled chicken, salt , pepper, dark soya sauce and boiled noodles.

3. Mix everything well on high flame for 2 minutes.

4. Make rolls out of this batter.

5. Deep fry it and serve!
