
Ingredients
1. Oil = 1 Cup
2. Onion & tomato paste = 1 Cup
3. Ginger/garlic paste = 1 tbsp
4. Yogurt = 1 Cup
5. Cinnamon Stick = 1
6. Star Arise = 1
7. Cloves = 6
8. Black peppercorns = 6
9. Bay leaf = 1
10. Salt = 1 tsp
11. Red chilli powder = 1 tsp
12. Cumin powder = 1 tsp
13. All spice/garam masala powder= 1tsp
14. Coriander powder = 1 tsp
15. Haldi powder= 1tsp
16. Ready-made seekh kebabs = 6
17. Rice = 2 Cups
18. Yellow food colour = few drops
19. Mint = few leaves
20. Coriander = few leaves
21. Green chillies = 3
22. Lemon ( sliced) = 2
23. Eggs (boiled) = 2
Method
1. In a pot add oil, in a low flame add ginger/ garlic paste.
2. Add onion & tomato paste.
3. Add yogurt, mix well.
4. Now add cinnamon stick, star anise, cloves, black peppercorns, bay leaf together.
5. Now add all the spices together i.e salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, all spice/ garam masala Powder, coriander powder, haldi powder.
6. Now in the same mixture add ready- made seekh kebabs.
7. Close it’s lid and cook for 2 minutes.
8. Then take out seekh kebabs on a separate plate.
9. In the same pot add boiled rice over the masala mixture. Spread evenly. 10. Now put seekh kebabs overs the rice.
11. Now add few drops of yellow food colour.
12. Put Sliced lemons, few mint & coriander leaves & green chillies.
13. Now close the lid & cook for 15 minutes on low flame.
14. Seekh kebabs biryani is ready to serve!
