Egg Muffin

Ingredients

1. Onion (chopped) = 1/4 Cup

2. Tomatoes (chopped) = 1/4 Cup

3. Carrots (chopped) = 1/4 Cup

4. Sweet Corns = 1/4 Cup

5. Chicken (shredded & boiled) = 1/4 Cup

6. Eggs = 3

7. Milk = 1 tbsp

8. Salt = 1/4 tsp

9. Black pepper powder = 1/4 tsp

10. Cheddar cheese = 1/4 Cup (grated)

Method

1. In a mixing bowl beat eggs, add milk, salt, black pepper powder.

2. Then add chicken, cheddar cheese & all the vegetables together.

3. Divide the batter among the prepared muffin tray & bake for 15 min at 180 C.
