Hari mirch keema

 

A different treat from traditional bhunna keema. Enjoy it with naan/roti.

Ingredients:

1. Oil = 1/2 Cup
2. Onion sliced = 1 small
3. Ginger paste = 1 tsp
4. Garlic paste = 1 tsp
5. Salt = 1 tsp
6. Red chilli powder = 1 tsp
7. Cumin powder = 1 tsp
8. Cumin seeds = 1-1/2 tsp
9. Garam masala powder = 1 tsp
10. Turmeric powder = 1/4 tsp
11. Bay leaf = 1
12. Beef mince = 1/2 kg
13. Dahi = 3/4 cup
14. Pyaz = sliced = 1
15. Green chillies chopped = 1/2 Cup

Method

1. In a pot add oil add sliced onions, ginger and garlic
paste, salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,
Turmeric powder, bay leaf.
2. Mix well add beef keema let it cook for 15 min on low flame.
3. When keema is completely cooked in the end add dahi,
sliced onions again and chopped green chillies give it a mix.
4. Cook for another 5 min and it’s done.
5. Serve!
