Fish Finger

Have a go at making your own fish fingers.Crispy from the outside and juicy from inside. The result is so yummy and bursting with comforting flavors.

For it’s marination

1. Fish Fillets = 1/2 Kg
2. Lemon juice = 4-5 tbsp
3. Ginger garlic paste = 1 tbsp
4. Salt = 1/2 tsp
5. Red chilli powder = 1 tsp
6. Paprika powder = 1 tsp
7. All spice powder = 1 tsp
8. Eggs = to coat
9. Bread crumbs = for coating

Method

1. In a bowl add lemon juice, ginger garlic paste,
salt, red chilli powder, paprika powder, all spice powder,
2. Mix well add fish fillets and let it marinate.
3. Take out each fillet coat in egg and bread crumbs.
4. Deep fry them.
