
Ingredients
1. Shrimps = 1/2 Kg
2. Vinegar = 2 and tbsp
3. Honey = 2 tbsp
4. Soya sauce = 1 tbsp
5. Brown sugar = 1 tsp
6. Ginger and garlic paste = 1 tsp
7. Red chilli flakes = 1/2 tsp
8. Oil = 4 tbsp
9. Red capsicum = 1 (julienne)
10. Corn flour = 2 tbsp
11. Water = 4 tbsp
Method
1. In a bowl add vinegar, honey, soya sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic paste, red chilli flakes.Mix than add shrimps to it.
2. In another pan add oil add red capsicum now take out each shrimp in a pan and let it fry for 2 min.
3. Meanwhile make corn flour mixture i.e flour + water.
4. Now add the prawn marination leftover sauce to the pan.
5. Now add corn flour mixture to make a thick gravy.
6. Serve with boiled noodles or rice.
