Ingredients:
- Salt = 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder = 1 tsp
- Coriander powder = 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds = 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder = 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli flakes = 1 tsp
- Ginger and garlic paste = 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder = 1 tsp
- Cumin powder = 1 tsp
- Ajwain = 1 tsp
- Lemon juice = 4 tbsp
- Gram Flour/ baisan = 1 Cup
- Water required to make thick mixture
- Fish Fillets = 1/2 Kg
Method:
- In a bowl add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, coriander seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli flakes,
ginger and garlic paste, garam masala powder, cumin powder ajwain, lemon juice, gram flour, add some water to make thick mixture. - Coat fish fillets and dust flour on each fillet now dip each fillet
in marinate. - Than deep fry each piece and serve!
