Ingredients:
- Yogurt = 1/2 Cup
- Salt = 1 tsp
- Ginger and garlic paste = 1 tsp
- Lemon juice = 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder = 1/4 tsp
- Cumin powder = 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder = 1/2 tsp
- All spice/garam masala powder = 1/2 tsp
- Orange food colour = pinch
- Oil = 1 tbsp
- Chicken = 1/2 Kg
Method:
- In a bowl add yogurt, salt, ginger and garlic paste,lemon juice, turmeric powder, cumin powder,red chilli powder, garam masala powder, orange food colour & mix.
- Now add chicken pieces mix well.
- Now in a grilling pan add oil and cook chicken until water is completely dried.
- Serve!
