
Ingredients:
- Moong daal = 1 Cup
- Butter = 4 tbsp
- Oil = 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste = 1 tbsp
- Salt = 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli flakes = 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder = 1 tsp
- Coriander powder = 1tsp
- Turmeric powder/ haldi = 1 tsp
- Water (for boiling)
Method:
- Soak daal in water for 10 minutes.
- In a pot and water for boiling add turmeric powder and moong daal , let it boil.
- In another pan add butter and oil together.
- Than add garlic paste, mix well and tomato paste.
mix and salt, red chilli flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder. - Add boiled daal, mix together and close it’s lid.
- Cook till water is completely dried & serve!
